of Lorraine’s favorite experiences at The Muny

Meet Me in St. Louis
. Lorraine is
currently pursuing her MFA in Arts Management
and Leadership at Webster University. When she’s
not stage managing, Lorraine is the representative
for the Conservatory of Theatre Arts and the
Department of Dance at Webster University.
STEVE GILLIAM
(
Scenic Designer
) A professor
emeritus from Trinity University in San Antonio,
Steve returns to The Muny for his 20th season,
which also marks his official retirement from
summer stock! With Sam, his partner in life
and art, the Gilliams collaborate as a theatrical
design team, having designed 73 shows for The
Muny and a long list of favorites all over the
country, notably, four national tours of
Fiddler
on the Roof
. Their designs can also be seen at
other entertainment venues, such as Sea World
of San Antonio and the Texas State Aquarium in
Corpus Christi, where the stars are sea lions and
the divas are dolphins, otters and a particularly
temperamental walrus. Sam and Steve extend
deep thanks to the Muny family for the journey
that brought them to St. Louis, their second
home, and to the beauty of Forest Park all these
years. It has been a wonderful ride. Sam is a
member of Actors’ Equity Association and Steve
is a member of United Scenic Artists Local 829.
SETH JACKSON
(
Lighting Designer
) has
designed lighting and scenery for Don Henley,
Jason Mraz, Hilary Duff, Melissa Etheridge,
American Idols Live, Barry Manilow, Carrie
Underwood, Toby Keith, Alice Cooper, Kenny G
and countless others. He has twice been awarded
the Parnelli Award for Set Designer of the Year (in
2007 and 2008), and received the Illuminating
Engineering Society’s Award of Distinction in
1996. As part of the design team for
Star Wars
In Concert
, he was awarded the Redden Award
for Excellence in Lighting Design in 2010. In
2012, he designed six productions for The Muny.
On Broadway, he is the production designer for
Manilow On Broadway
. In Las Vegas, Seth served
as creative director for
Barry Manilow’s Music
and Passion
, and is currently the creative director
and production designer for Selena Gomez. He
also designed the current Shaping Sound Dance
Co. national tour. Seth is member USA 829, and
is an Assistant Professor of Design at Webster
University.

)

at the Repertory Theatre of St. Louis. Nathan
earned a BFA in lighting and scenic design from
the Conservatory of Theatre Arts at Webster
University.
