SETH JACKSON (Lighting Designer) has
designed worldwide tours for Don Henley,
Jason Mraz, Hilary Duff, Melissa Etheridge,
American Idols Live, Carrie Underwood,
Toby Keith, and Barry Manilow. He is
currently co-designing a new tour for Alice
Cooper with his co-designer for Thoroughly
Modern Millie, Nathan W. Scheuer. He has
twice been awarded the Parnelli Award for
Set Designer of the Year in 2007 and 2008,
and received the Illuminating Engineering
Society’s Award of Distinction in 1996.
He was awarded the Redden Award for
Excellence in Lighting Design with the
creative team for Star Wars in Concert , and
traveled with the show as associate creative
director and lighting director. He was
creative director and production designer for
Selena Gomez, and Barry Manilow’s Music
and Passion, which ran at the Las Vegas
Hilton for five years. He is an assistant
professor of design at Webster University’s
Conservatory of Theatre Arts. He is thrilled
to return to The Muny and to remember
all those years ago sitting in the free seats
thinking, “I want to do that!”
ANDREA LAUER (Costume Designer)
Broadway: Bring It On: the Musical opening
at the St. James on Broadway August first,
American Idiot. Off-Broadway: Or (The
Women’s Project), Midsummer’s Night
Dream, Unnatural Acts (Classic Stage), Rx
(Primary Stages), My Brilliant Divorce, TRU
(Baystreet), Elephant Dreams (Joyce) and Our
Lady of 121st and Hair (NYU). Regional:
Bring It On: The Musical (Alliance Theatre),
American Idiot (Berkeley Rep). Selected Alley
Theatre Credits (Houston): The Crucible,
After the Fall, Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf,
Steel Magnolias. She also designs for dance:
The Trey McIntyre Project, STREB, and is a
fashion stylist. Her designs were most recently
included in Fashionable Technology by Sabine
Seymour and her styling work has been
seen in the 2012 April edition of American
Vogue, OUT Magazine, Rolling Stone, on the
52nd Annual Grammy Awards®, and the
upcoming opening ceremony of the London
2012 Olympics. MFA—NYU (Baryshnikov
Fellow).
CHARLIE ALTERMAN (Musical Directo)
is pleased to be The Charles W. & Janet T.
Mueller Conductor for Chicago. He is thrilled
to return to The Muny, where he served as
Musical Director for last year’s Legally Blonde.
Broadway credits include Godspell (Musical
Director), Next to Normal (Musical Director),
Martin Short: Fame Becomes Me (Musical
Director/actor), and Legally Blonde (Associate
Conductor). Tours: Next to Normal (Music
Supervisor) and Grease (US/Asia). Off-
Broadway favorites: Almost Heaven: Songs
of John Denver and Silence: The Musical!.
Regional includes: La Jolla Playhouse, Arena
Stage, Trinity Rep, Huntington Theatre, and
nine seasons with the Williamstown Theatre
Festival. Concert appearances include shows
with Brooke Shields, Frankie Avalon, Emily
Skinner, Dana Reeve, Billy Porter, Carol
Woods, and Ken Page.
JASON KRUEGER (Sound Designer) is
pleased to return for his 13th season withThe
Muny. He is continually honored to return to
The Muny and St Louis’ enthusiastic support
of the arts. In the past, Jason has worked on
a number of Broadway and national tours,
including The Lion King, The Hunchback of
Notre Dame, The King and I, Indiscretions,
Smokey Joe’s Cafe and the annual Madison
Square Garden production of A Christmas
Carol. A native of Colorado, Jason spends the
rest of the year teaching skiing in Steamboat
Springs.
HAROLD GOLDFADEN (Production
Stage Manager) directed My Fair Lady
(2008) at The Muny, as well as Show Boat
(2003, 2010 – Kevin Kline Award) and
42nd Street (2004). As Broadway stage
manager: 42nd Street, Crazy for You and
David Merrick’s Oh, Kay! National touring
productions include Cameron Mackintosh’s
