Synopsis:   

Unable to marry an opera singer with whom he is infatuated unless she bears a title, a Grand Duke arranges a marriage between the singer and an impoverished Count. The arrangement is that the two will divorce in three months, and his beloved will keep her title, making her eligible to marry the Grand Duke. Plans go awry.
