Synopsis:   

Marto, a famous tenor, is his village's only claim to fame. He is invited to the town's "old home week," but to avoid being feted, he attends disguised as a gypsy photographer. But if Marto does not attend, the town will have to refund all the money paid by those who hope to see him. Marto agrees to impersonate himself.
